A Brighton man wanted out of Washington County was arrested at the courthouse Thursday afternoon. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 3:25 p.m. authorities were made aware of a wanted subject in the courthouse. A Washington Police Officer arrested 26-year-old Carlos Robert Cisnero of Brighton on two counts of controlled substance violation and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.
He was taken to the Washington County Jail. Bond was set at $35,000.
The charges stem from an incident that happened on May 21st when a search warrant was executed in the 300 block of East Main Street in Brighton.
