The Wellman-Scofield Public Library is installing a free little library in honor of a community member who passed away last year. Tae Campbell was an avid supporter of the Wellman-Scofield Library and read to her children and grandchildren all the time. This little library will be installed at Bidwell-Slockett Park in downtown Wellman on Saturday, September 26. Campbell’s grandchildren will add the first books to the library. The little library with a glass door and two shelves was constructed by Tae Campbell’s daughter-in-law Whitney Campell. Community members are welcomed to take or bring books for the collection anytime throughout the week.
