One person was involved in a rollover wreck south of Wayland Thursday afternoon. According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, at 3:13 p.m., a vehicle rolled over at the 140th Street and Dakota Avenue intersection. The driver was ejected from the vehicle. Wayland Fire Chief Matt Leichty says one person was transported to the Burlington hospital via helicopter. Names of those involved have not been released. The Henry County Sheriff’s Office, Wayland Police Department, Henry County Health Center, Iowa State Patrol, Wayland Fire Department, and Wayland Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene.
