The normal precipitation is 3.6 inches for September and last month Washington had 5.2 inches of precipitation.
Looking at the year-to-date statistics, Washington’s average temperature of 54 degrees is about one degree above normal and the rainfall amount is about 1.5 inches above normal at 31 inches of precipitation.
