The 2020 Mid-Prairie King and Queen have been crowned. As heard live from the scene on KCII from Dwight G. Sattler Field in Wellman during the coronation ceremony, Myah Lugar was named queen and Kelby Gingerich is king. The full court included: Tori Boyse, Karson Jehle, Hannah Miller, Vinnie Bowlin, Kayden Reinier, and Josh Wallington. Gingerich and Lugar commented on how it felt to celebrate Homecoming during a year of challenges, “It feels pretty good, especially after all the quarantining and all that.” “It’s been an odd year and we’re just all so thankful that we get to do what we can do.”
