A 1.4 mile stretch of Highway 70 near Columbus Junction is partially closed to traffic due to on-going road construction. Crews are working to complete concrete patching along the highway. The closure goes from the intersection of Highways 70 and 92 and stops before the Tyson Foods parking lot north of Columbus Junction. Those traveling on Highway 70 can expect alternating lane closures and should watch out for flaggers and construction workers. Construction is set to be completed by October 27.
