The Kalona Library has increased their patron capacity and included more hours for in-person appointments. The library will now allow up to 10 patrons and five at-risk patrons to be in the library at one time. Patrons have the opportunity to set up a 30-minute appointment to browse the library’s collection or use their computers Monday through Thursday from 2-6:30 p.m., Friday from noon-3:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. High-risk patrons have their own separate time frame to browse the library if they choose, being Monday through Friday from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The library will continue to offer curbside pickup services and will not be hosting in-person programs at this time.
