Fall clean-up is coming to Columbus Junction. Friday, October 23rd, residents are invited to participate in the program sponsored by the city. Items must be placed by the curb by 7 a.m. on Friday. Items that will be accepted include e-waste items such as televisions, computer monitors, printers, fax machines, VCRs, DVD players, and video game consoles with a tag that can be acquired for a fee. Appliances with a tag will also be picked up. Items that are not eligible include tires, batteries, paint, paint cans, hazardous materials, chemicals, glass, wood or building materials.
