After a brief pursuit a motorcycle operator was arrested in Washington Tuesday night. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 9:21 p.m. an officer conducted a vehicle stop with a motorcycle that had no plates after a brief pursuit. Another police officer and a sheriff’s deputy also responded to the scene in the 1300 block of North Iowa Avenue. Officers arrested 34-year-old Cory Jarrett Brackin of Washington.

He was charged with eluding, driving under suspension, reckless driving, and harassment in the third degree. Additional charges are pending DCI Lab results for possession of a controlled substance. Brackin was taken to the Washington County Jail.
