One person was taken by ambulance to the hospital after a two-vehicle wreck near Keota on Tuesday morning. According to the Washington County Communications Office, the crash happened at 11:23 a.m. in the 1100 grid of 210th Street. One person was complaining of back pain. The two drivers involved were John A. Smith of Keota and John W. Greiner of Tiffin. Washington County Sheriff’s deputies, Keota Fire Department, Keota QRS, Washington County Rescue, and Washington County Ambulance assisted at the scene. One person was taken by ambulance to the University of Iowa Hospital.
