A Muscatine man is dead after he was struck by a car over the weekend.  The Iowa State Patrol reports 33-year-old Cody Terpenning was walking in the travel portion of Highway 61 South in the 3600 block of Grandview Avenue in Muscatine shortly after 6 a.m. Saturday when he was hit by a southbound car driven by 51-year-old Tamar Coey of Wapello. The Iowa State Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Muscatine Police Department and the Muscatine Fire Department.
