Two-hundred Thanksgiving meals are being donated by the Washington Hy-Vee store. Each kit will include supplies to make a meal for a family of four. The meals are being given to local partner organizations and will then be distributed to their clients. Ren Ella Crawford with HACAP of Washington said, “We have a lot of requests for Thanksgiving dinners and are only able to help with our regular food pantry foods. This will be very much appreciated by those families we are able to bless with this special meal.”

Across its eight-state region, Hy-Vee is donating 80,000 Thanksgiving meals.
