The Sigourney-Keota wrestling team got back in the win column with a pair of victories in Tuesday’s triangular at Colfax-Mingo. 

The Cobras edged Colfax-Mingo 42-36 and handled English Valleys-Tri-County 48-15. Out of seven contested matches against the Tigerhawks, S-K won four of them with wins coming from DJ Hammes at 120 lbs by a pin in 5:00, Reid Molyneux by a fall in 3:05 at 138 lbs, Evan Dawson by fall in 2:37 at 152 lbs, and Cade Streigle at 195 lbs by fall in 2:33. The Cobras went 4-2 in contested matches in their second dual with all four once again coming by pin. Daniel McLaughlin took care of business at 126 lbs in 3:02, Evan Dawson at 152 lbs in 4:14, Aidan Schuster at 195 lbs in 44 seconds, and Cade Streigle at 220 lbs in 1:28.

S-K improves their dual record to 6-2 and they get back on the mat tomorrow at BCLUW.
