A Washington man was arrested on multiple warrants Tuesday.
Court records show that 50-year-old Christopher James Beardshear was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and fourth degree criminal mischief, a serious misdemeanor, as well as a warrant for sex offender registration violation, an aggravated misdemeanor. According to the criminal complaint, on December 2nd at about 12:18 p.m. Beardshear was reported to have allegedly refused to leave a residence in the 400 block of East Madison Street. The victim stated that Beardshear entered the residence through a broken window and pulled the victim’s hair while they were sleeping.
Beardshear was held at the Washington County Jail on an $11,000 cash-only bond. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
