Washington residents should be mindful of several closures happening this week for the Christmas holiday.

Washington City Hall, Washington County Courthouse, and the Washington Public Library will all be closed on Thursday and Friday. Garbage routes will not be affected. Washington County Mini Bus and the ISU Extension and Outreach Office will also be closed on Thursday and Friday. Post offices will be closed Friday along with most banking institutions.
