A new member has been elected to the Washington County Hospital and Clinics Board of Trustees.
WCHC announced Michael Driscoll was elected during the general election in November, while David Bruns and Michael Van Osdol were elected to serve second terms as trustees. Driscoll was sworn in on December 3rd, filling a seat left vacant by Karolyn Leary. Driscoll has been active in the Washington area, having served on the Washington Betterment Foundation and Saint James School Board, and 11 years on the Washington County Riverboat Foundation Board. The seven-member elected Board of Trustees provides guidance into WCHC’s mission and strategy as well as oversight of the organization’s financial health and stability. Members are elected by Washington County voters for a four-year term.
