An Ainsworth man was arrested last week on felony charges.

According to the Washington County Communications Center, a sheriff’s deputy was requested at a residence in the 400 block of Washington Street in Ainsworth at about 4:45 p.m. on December 22nd. The caller advised that 27-year-old Dolan Jerald Rice was at the residence and would not leave. Rice was arrested and charged with felon in possession of a firearm and assault while participating in felonies, both class D felonies, and domestic abuse with a weapon, an aggravated misdemeanor.
