Open viewing and visitation for 91-year-old Charles Ray Arbogast of Wayland will be Noon-6:00 PM Friday, January 8th at the Beatty Funeral Home in Wayland. Masks and social distancing will be required. A private family graveside will be held at a later date at Cottonwood Cemetery with military honors. Memorials may be designated to the Cottonwood Cemetery.
