It was a big day on Saturday for the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls wrestling team. Mid-Prairie brought home four gold medals for their work at the Lancer Invitational at North Scott. Caitlyn Busch won her division by pinning Anna Hodge of North Scott in the championship match, Bronwyn Brenneman brought home the title in her division by pinning Marin Smith of North Scott, Mia Garvey was a champion in her division recording a fall for the title over Morgan Hangartner of Marion and Sarah Meader put Mya Lindauer of Western Dubuque on her back to claim the title. Other top finishes for the Golden Hawks included Brittney Pfeifer as runner-up and Ellie Brenneman and Madison Kelly with third place finishes.
