A Cedar Rapids woman was arrested on a Washington County warrant and other charges from the Cedar Rapids Police Department Friday afternoon.

According to the Washington County Communications Center, 42-year-old Sylvia Marie McVay faces local charges of third degree burglary, conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony, second-degree criminal mischief, and two counts of second-degree theft, all class D felonies, as well as possession of burglar’s tools, an aggravated misdemeanor. McVay is in custody at the Washington County Jail on a $27,000 cash-only bond. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
