The Sigourney-Keota wrestling team hit the road to Belle Plaine last night and split a pair of South Iowa Cedar League duals.

The Cobras lost to the host Plainsmen 36-33, but defeat HLV 54-12. The Cobras went 5-5 in contested matches against Belle Plaine and 6-2 against the Warriors. Reid Molyneux won both of his matches at 132 lbs with a pin in 2:45 and a 9-7 decision. Evan Dawson had a pair of falls in a combined 5:53 at 145 lbs and Cade Molyneux won by a 5-3 decision and pin in 2:55 at 170 lbs. Other victorious Cobras included Joey Landon, Jack Clarahan, Hunter Sieren, Aidan Schuster, and Zach Smithart.
