The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk High School archery team was in action earlier this month at the Marion Bullseye tournament. The Hawks finished sixth of six teams with their score of 2,871. The Washington Demons won the tournament with 3,282. Mid-Prairie was led by junior Zane Fisher with a 269, placing 17th of 86 high school boys. Junior Kaylee Shirkey led the Golden Hawk girls with a 265, finishing 21st in the high school girls division. Other scores for Mid-Prairie included Zoe Fisher 264, Camden Miller 248, Paytin Swartzentruber 244, Koby Karnes and Braydon Younge 239, Payton Peck and Christopher Burnham 229, Alexa Huber 221, Paityn Jennings 214, Landen Tyree 210, Blake Peck 206 and Peyton Freman 196.
