An Iowa City man was recently arrested for a third operating while intoxicated offense in Washington County.

According to the Washington County Communications Center, a sheriff’s deputy performed a vehicle stop at Kum & Go gas station in Riverside at about 1:14 a.m. January 29th and arrested 34-year-old Adam Lee John Zemanek for the class D felony charge. Zemanek posted a $5,000 bond and had his first court appearance on February 3rd. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
