No clue what to cook for you and your loved ones next week? Main Street Washington says “no problem” with their Quarantine Kitchen event.

This virtual cooking class returns from its fall debut with programs on Monday, February 15th and March 22nd. Washington and neighboring residents can sign up for access to the Zoom class and a ready to cook meal kit, or you can purchase the “Buy Your Own Groceries” option and cook your meal from anywhere. Local chef Cory Evans and restaurateur Jaron Rosien will be cooking a creamy dill pork tenderloin and couscous dish this Monday live at 6 p.m. over Zoom, and it will be recorded so participants can watch later. Proceeds from Quarantine Kitchen go towards Main Street Washington, a nonprofit organization which seeks to improve and maintain the heart of the city. A link to register is included here.
