A West Chester man was arrested early Thursday morning for operating while intoxicated, third or subsequent offense, a class D felony.

According to the Washington County Communications Center, at about 12:49 a.m. they received a call from someone reporting a vehicle was stuck in their yard in the 600 block of East Tyler Street in Washington. The Washington Police Department and Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded and placed 31-year-old Darian Lee Patterson under arrest. The vehicle was towed, and Patterson posted $5,000 bail Thursday. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
