Several KCII-listening area students will be competing at the Iowa High School Athletic Association’s Boys State Wrestling Championships this week in Des Moines.

Individual qualifiers Ayden Frazer of Washington; Ben Meader, Cael Garvey, and Josh Wallington of Mid-Prairie; Easton Schlabaugh and Bryce Thompson of Highland; Cade Molyneux and Cade Streigle of Sigourney-Keota; Lane Scorpil and Chance Malone of Columbus; and Landon Provino of WACO will all be competing at Wells Fargo Arena in the tournament lasting today through Saturday.
