Four members of the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls basketball team were honored for their work on the court this season with places on River Valley Conference all-conference teams.

Mid-Prairie junior Maddie Nonnenmann was an elite all-conference team member. She led the Golden Hawks at 13 points per game, seventh most in the RVC south. Her seven rebounds per night were also a team best and seventh in the south. She also had 35 assists and 33 steals.

The two seniors on this year’s edition of the Golden Hawks were named to the all-south division team. Guard Myah Lugar finished her Golden Hawk career this season scoring eight points per game to go along with five rebounds a night. Her 35 made three point goals this season were fifth in the division. Lugar was seventh in the River Valley south with 59 assists and her 50 steals were 10th most.

Phelan Hostetler, the second of two Mid-Prairie seniors was also an all-south selection. She averaged eight points per game for the Hawks, along with four rebounds per night. Her 54 blocked shots were fifth most in 3A and she led the RVC south shooting 51%.

Golden Hawk sophomore Amara Jones was an honorable mention RVC selection. Jones averaged three points and three rebounds per game this season. Her 65 assists were sixth most in the division and her 50 steals 10th most.

The Golden Hawks ended the season with a 10-12 overall record.
