Welcome To Riverside

A public hearing for the 2022 fiscal year budget and expected approval of the budget headlines the Riverside City Council meeting Monday night.

The council agenda also includes resolutions to spend funds from the city’s Washington County Riverboat Foundation grants on the creation of a dog park and to purchase a thermal imaging camera for the fire department. The council is also scheduled to continue their discussion of options for engineering services and City Administrator Christine Yancey is slated to provide an update on the forming of the community center committee.

The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at the Riverside Fire Department. Those attending in person must wear a mask and practice social distancing. The meeting can also be viewed live at riversideiowa.gov.
