The family of 40-year-old Charles “J.R.” Relfe of Washington will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home. Interment will be private. A general memorial has been established. The Jones & Eden Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
