Tonight’s the night to move your clocks forward for Daylight Saving Time.
Clocks will officially move forward from 2 a.m.- 3 a.m. Sunday morning, making for darker mornings and brighter evenings, until we move our clocks back on November 7th. Research from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention show that men and people with existing heart disease may be at risk for a heart attack after the time change, and employers are advised to consider reducing demanding physical and mental tasks as much as possible during the week following the time change to allow workers’ bodies to adjust. People should also be vigilant while driving, at work, and at home to protect themselves since others around them may be sleepier and at risk for making an error that can cause a vehicle crash or other incident.
