A public hearing followed by consideration of adopting a development agreement and sale of NLW Subdivision lots will be held during the Washington City Council meeting tonight.
The council will also swear in Ward 3 Councilor Illa Earnest, and consider the purchase of fire department air bottles, the ninth pay application for North Fourth Avenue improvements, and a resolution to endorse an application for an All-Star Community Award. The meeting will also include a possible second reading of an ordinance vacating a portion of the 600 block of the East Tyler Street cul-de-sac, and workshop discussions on the animal protection and control ordinance and Wellness Park agreements.
The council meets at 6 p.m. in the city hall council chambers.
