A Riverside woman facing two class D felony charges was arrested Friday for a new charge.
According to the Washington County Communications Center, Washington County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 37-year-old Conny Ann Stucker for possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, and was transported to the Washington County Jail on a $5,000 cash-only bond. The charge stems from a January 8th incident. Stucker has pleaded guilty to a previous charge of possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, and operating while under the influence, third offense, both class D felonies, and driving while barred, an aggravated misdemeanor, for an October 26, 2020 incident.
