A Keota man was transported by medical helicopter after a single-vehicle motorcycle wreck Sunday evening.
According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, at about 6:26 p.m., 37-year-old Edward Wulff was driving a Harley Davidson Sportster on 190th Street near Keokuk-Washington Road when the motorcycle’s tires hit a rut on a curved shoulder. Wulff lost control of the motorcycle and left the roadway. Wulff was transported by AirCare to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, and the motorcycle was totaled. Keota Fire and QRS and Washington County Ambulance Service also assisted at the scene.
