Keota had a busy day of competition on Thursday for golf and track.

The Eagle boys’ protected their home course at Lagos Acres by beating HLV 169-183. Luke Hammen was runner-up meet medalist with a 40, Max Johnson shot a 42, Colten Clarahan 43, and Sawyer Stout 44. Scratch scores included Cole Kindred 44, Drew Sieren 46, and Evan Vittetoe 50. The golf squad is back home on Monday against BGM.

The girls’ track team traveled to Packwood to compete in a handful of events. Madison Scott recorded both points for the team with a sixth place finish in the 100m (14.39) and 200m dash (30.71). The Eagle girls are off until April 27th when they compete at Sigourney.
