A Riverside woman was recently sentenced for incidents that occurred in Washington County last fall.
Court documents show that through a plea agreement, 37-year-old Conny Ann Stucker is convicted of operating while intoxicated – third offense, a class D felony, for an October 26, 2020 incident; and driving while barred and possession of a controlled substance – second offense, both aggravated misdemeanors for incidents that occurred on October 18 and September 17, 2020, respectively. A class D felony charge of possession of a controlled substance – third or subsequent offense for a January 8 incident was dismissed. Stucker was sentenced to five years in prison for the OWI which was all suspended but for 30 days that must be served in the Washington County Jail. Thirty-day jail sentences for the two other offenses were suspended, and five years probation was ordered for all offenses, to be served concurrently. Sherman must pay $4,835 in fines with a 15% surcharge, though she was found to not have the reasonable ability to pay Category B restitution.
Stucker was arrested after a traffic stop in Riverside on October 26 found a meth bong as well as tubes and plastic bags containing trace amounts of meth residue. A criminal complaint showed that Stucker has previous OWI convictions in 2010 and 2012 and controlled substance convictions in 2016 and 2019.
