Two KCII area boys golf teams were on the course Tuesday at the 18-hole West Liberty Comet Invitational. The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks finished in seventh in the field of 10 with their score of 366. West Branch won the team title with a 306. Dominic McCain led the way for Mid-Prairie with an 81, including a 39 on the front, taking eighth individually. Other scores for the Hawks included the trio of Warren Scarff, Aiden Bush and Drew Schlabaugh all shooting 95, Ben Mattes at 106 and Collin Miller 120.

Winfield-Mt. Union was eighth in the team race with a score of 376. Brady Loyd went the lowest with an 87. Other scores for the Wolves included Jacob Kongable 94, Bryce Wade 97, Carter Loyd 100, Isaac Schurr 102 and Seth Schurr 111.
