A class C felony charge was recently dismissed for a Washington man through a plea agreement.

Court records show that 51-year-old Christopher James Beardshear is convicted of third degree criminal mischief, an aggravated misdemeanor, and a second degree burglary charge was dismissed with costs to the defendant. Beardshear is ordered to serve 120 days in the Washington County Jail with credit given for any time served since his arrest, and he must pay a $430 fine with a 15% surcharge, pecuniary damages, and category B restitution.

Beardshear’s charges stem from a December 2nd incident when he broke into a Washington residence through a window and pulled the hair of the victim while they were sleeping.
