A Washington man was recently arrested for violating his probation on three cases.
The Washington Police Department arrested 20-year-old Colby Patrick Miller on three warrants May 27th for violation of probation on charges of second-degree arson, a class C felony; second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony; and three counts of third-degree burglary, an aggravated misdemeanor. Miller was recently charged with purchase of alcohol by an underage person and interference with official acts. Miller was transported to the Washington County Jail on a $15,000 cash-only bond. He was originally charged with criminal mischief for an April 29th, 2020 incident in which he broke out the windows of two vehicles, and arson for a June 30th incident in which he lit a vehicle on fire. Through a plea agreement Miller was given a suspended prison sentence to serve seven years probation total for the cases. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
