A man who was sentenced to serve 90 days in the Washington County Jail earlier this spring was arrested on Monday.
The Washington Police Department located 28-year-old Adam Keith Neff on a vehicle stop of a blue Subaru Forester with no license plates at about 9:30 p.m., according to the Washington County Communications Center.
