A Washington man was arrested following an alleged domestic abuse assault incident Monday.

Court documents show that at about 4:20 p.m. the Washington Police Department was called in reference to a domestic incident that occurred at a residence on Green Meadows Drive. Upon arrival officers observed the victim bleeding from their nose, and there was a trail of blood throughout the residence to the kitchen where the victim was standing. After receiving statements 25-year-old Owen Wallace Lillie was arrested and charged with domestic abuse assault – second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. Lillie has a previous deferred judgment for domestic abuse assault – first offense from an incident that occurred in June of 2019. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
