A Kalona man was arrested on felony charges Wednesday.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest warrant at about 10:20 p.m. in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona, according to the Washington County Communications Center. Deputies arrested 51-year-old Keith Allen Foster on charges of third-degree burglary and second-degree theft, both class D felonies, and trespassing resulting in injury or damage greater than $300, a serious misdemeanor. An $11,000 cash-only bond was issued for Foster. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
