The Riverside City Council approved two requests for reimbursement from the Riverside Business District Incentive Grant Program Monday.

 Clean on Greene requested help to repair broken boards, paint window sills and replace treads on stairs, front exterior panels and shutters that totalled $2,335 in repair costs. An approval was made for 50 percent of the cost at $1,167.50. John Sojka submitted a request to help install new front windows and a new roof, totalling $13,848. An approval was made for $6,924. The city recently began the business district and community beautification incentive grant programs to provide assistance for the redevelopment or remediation of underutilized buildings and for high-impact improvements to residential properties.
