Construction is now completed on Kiwi Avenue in Brighton Township.

The Washington County Engineer’s Office announced Thursday that traffic has been reopened on Kiwi Avenue from 300th to 290th streets, 300th Street from Kiwi Avenue west approximately a half mile, and 290th Street between Highway 1 and Kiwi Avenue. These roads were closed since May 3rd for a concrete paving project. Jones Contracting Corp. of West Point was the contractor for this project with a bid awarded for about $1,616,078.
