Celebration of life services for 88-year-old Louise C. Richards of Washington will be held at 11a.m. Thursday, July 8th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours will begin at 9a.m. Thursday July 8th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 10 to 11a.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County or Hawkeye Cans for Cancer.
