A Van Horne man was located on a Washington County warrant Tuesday.

Benton County Sheriff’s Deputies reported arresting 37-year-old Scott Christopher Kirk at about 11:40 p.m. in Vinton, according to the Washington County Communications Center. Kirk is wanted on charges of third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, fourth-degree theft, and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Bond is set at $4,000 cash only, and a detainer was placed with Benton County. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
