A Brighton woman is facing several charges out of Washington County.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported Sunday upon receiving Division of Criminal Investigation lab results that they will be charging 36-year-old April Laurene Hagist with possession of contraband in a correctional facility, a class D felony; operating while intoxicated second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor; unlawful possession of a prescription drug, and possession of methamphetamine first offense, both serious misdemeanors; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
