A Richland felon facing weapons charges was arrested on additional charges Wednesday.

At about 7:23 p.m. a Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy executed an arrest warrant in the 200 block of 4th Street in Richland, according to the Washington County Communications Center. Sixty-one year-old Kelly Dene Andeway was arrested on class C and class D felony controlled substance violations. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only. Andeway was charged this past April with three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, a class D felony. Andeway has previous felony convictions from 2002 and 1993.
