One Keota softball player was recently recognized at the state level for her work in the classroom. 

Sky Weber was named to the academic all state softball team by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association. To be eligible, a student athlete must have had a cumulative GPA of 3.85 or higher. The senior first baseman recorded a .242 on base percentage, brought in four runs, and recorded two extra base hits.  

Keota finished the 2021 campaign with a 2-16 overall record.
