The Washington County Fair returned this week with entertainment and activities for the public to enjoy after a COVID-19-restricted occasion last year.

Brynn Younge was the grand champion in the beef heifer show and for market gilt in the swine show, Bailey Sieren was grand champion in market beef, overall market goat champion was Avery Shalla, and bucket bottle calf senior champion was Emma Stalder. Jeorgia Evans was grand champion market barrow in the swine show, overall poultry champion was Cayden Huston, grand champion market lamb was Garrett Greiner, overall rabbit show champion was Kyleigh Dolan, and overall grand champion for the dog show was Zoey Dennler. Carmen Sieren was crowned county fair queen last Sunday night. KCII broadcasted live throughout fair week as part of the Big Red Radio Summer Town Tour.
