Graveside services with military honors conducted by Wellman Legion Post 427 for 88-year-old James Virgil Milam of West Chester will be held at the West Chester Cemetery at a later date. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County. The Jones Eden Funeral home is assisting the family with arrangements.
